THE WORST TWO THINGS THAT MAKE ME UPSET

The 2 worst things that make me upset are my toy cars' pieces keeps on breaking off and getting told to do homework. I can go to my room, OR I can talk about it. I am a little upset right know. But I left a message on my dad's call phone and office phone. When I wrote all of this I felt very upset. But now I feel much better. I had a good day at school today. I got 52pts out of 55pts in school today. Is that a good score? I am in a good space now. I am going to do my Kumon Homework.

A trip to the Hypnosis

I went tot the hypnosis today. It felt great. I think you will like it too. It is very relaxing. I am not as angry as before. Nancy first talked to me. And she also said everything or every part of my body was getting heavy so were my feet. My goal was to manage my anger. And she kept on talking softly to me. And she also put on light music. And she told me to hold my cross that is around my neck. I feel a lot better as before. I am wide awake now and well rested. The hypnosis worked on me today. I reconmend it to all of you.

What made me upset at dinnertime this evening

I got upset at dinnertime because this evening she made a commet I didn't like. Instead of using my words I started to curse, and pound my fist on the table. The next time I start to get upset I should use my words or take space. I can even hold my cross that I have hanging arounnd my neck instead of being upset. This will make everyone happy again. And do not none what so ever curse at others or hurt yourself. Last but not least listen to other people's requests if they have any.

If Julia and I got asked to work at Albertsons someday. We will absolutely take the offer. We would love to work there. It is fun to work there someday. We will get discounts. I will earn lots of money. We would feel happy and excited at the same time. We hope we get buy groceries after work.
